Your trusted substitutes hear first; then every suitable musician who is free on those dates and within reach.
See who is available and why they are suggested (verified engagements, experience with the programme, distance, who named them as backup), and confirm with one tap.
For musicians
No CV: your career builds itself from verified engagements and short ratings from orchestras, public only after 3 ratings and with the right to reply.
Every offer shows the estimated fee, distance, calendar, map, how to get there and where to stay. You decide how far you are willing to travel.
Name trusted colleagues as backups: if you cannot make it, they hear first. Share rooms and rides with colleagues on the same production.
You rate orchestras too: payment punctuality and organisation.
How it works

2. Suitable musicians answer yes or no with one tap.
3. The orchestra confirms; the musician gets all details and the calendar on their phone.
4. After the concert, mutual ratings in 20 seconds.
